I've had ostrich, which I assume is similar to emu.

They say it has less fat but you eat more of it.

We saw it in the grocery store here at western N.C. foothills didn't sell too well, Turkey burgers still aren't selling.

My start up rents scooters to emus.

I quite like ostrich burgers so if emu tastes anything like that I'd welcome that bubble back 👍
