Federal appeals court rules against Trump administration effort to end DACA programA federal appeals court ruled Thursday that President Trump cannot end an Obama administration program that protects undocumented immigrants brought to the United States as children. This is the 9th circuit - nothing else needs to be said. The path is now open to SCOTUS. Obama acknowledged DACA was unconstitutional from the start, Trump simply terminated an unlawful executive order. This is a no brainier for SCOTUS. Didn’t Obama sign an executive order for DACA?
