The Toyota Supra's Manual Transmission Won't Cost Extra

, until now. The good news is you won't be paying extra to equip the stick shift on trims where it's available. The bad news is the Supra costs more across the board now, but only by a few hundred dollars for most trims.

Sadly, it doesn't look like the 2.0-liter I-4 base Supra gets a manual option, despite previous reports indicating we could get it. That does mean there's now nearly a $10k price barrier to entry if you want to row your own gears, so in a way, youpaying more for the stick.
