It’s not that surprising, considering there are several military bases near Virginia Beach. Navy, Army, Air Force all have bases there.
I live in Virginia, and I can say this is true 😊 I haven't been to a Filipino restaurant yet, but I'd love to visit one whenever I get the chance. I also happen to work with a Filipino, and they're just a sweetheart ❤️
