A lot of things that are legal may still be against one's conscience or religion. Should someone who is opposed to marijuana be allowed to refuse to create marijuana sale signs? It seems legality isn't intended to create this kind of imperative.
The court will side with her, but she will be hit with one frivolous lawsuit after another by the state, until she runs out of money and is forced to close. The cake baker is still getting hit with lawsuits in his state, even after the courts agreed with him.
