That’s because Yelp sided with owners on reviews. It hides negative reviews, letting up front the positive ones... If I would like a honest review on a business, I will check somewhere else, not Yelp...
Yelp's majority deranged wannabes. threatening with bad reviews if not cutting in line, &threating the servicer for all inclusive without extra charge because they'll put his name. the servicer isn't the food establishment the cook is. dmv should have 50% yelp = dmv is a must go
Useful / great app but how they interact with small business owners has been atrocious
And let’s not forget the annoying “must open in app” when trying to read a review or see a picture in maps. I could easily download yelp but then why integrate it to maps? Just for that i won’t download it.
There are a lot of 'fake' or competitor reviews that sneak into Yelp. So credibility might be about 50/50.
