The Social Club: The worst Seahawks game you’ve ever seen

1999 vs the Buccaneers. Hawks were 8-2 with a 3-game lead and TB just destroyed Kitna. Threw 5 picks and lost a fumble. Provided a blueprint on how to beat the Seahawks for the rest of the year who would lose 7 of their last 8.December 17, 2017: Rams 42, Seahawks 7. An already-frustrating season bottomed out in an embarrassing blowout loss at home.

Honorable mention: November 2, 2008: Eagles 26, Seahawks 7. Only a fluke TD to Koren Robinson spared us from being shut out at home. U-G-L-Y Seahawks vs Texans 2009 in the Jim mora era. The box score does not do justice for how poor the Seahawks were that Sunday. The first play was a fly route touchdown to Andre Johnson and it only got worse from there.

I think the disasters we have to put up with this season will be the worst.

Two that clearly stand out for me: 1). 2010 vs New York Giants 41-7 2). 2017 vs Rams 42-7 Left the Giants game at halftime to drown my sorrows Following week in 2017 vs Cards was brutal too. Walsh missed a 48 yarder and we didn’t make the playoffs

That Browns one in 2011 is the first to come to mind but also that bills game in 08 when Marshawn ran all over us smh. So much pain. Thats not even talking about the 90s....

The Rick Mirer days were painful to watch.

Gotta say the Patriot & Pitt SB's are up there for the worst games. And the Whitehurst era.

Late response here but Dec 6th 1998 Hawks lose to Jets 32-31 and miss playoffs because of it. It was the season before replays started and should have been a Hawks win since Testaverde never crossed goal line on the game winning score...

Any loss to the Jeff Fisher Rams was always painful especially where there was some fake punt nonsense.

Late to this but the worst I've seen in person was last year's home loss to the Colt McCoy-led Cardinals. Uninspired, confused failure from top to bottom. And cold.

I forgot about that 1997 Jets game. Just were just coming off having a first overall pick and grabbing Keyshawn Johnson. Might have been Bill Parcells first Jets game. Thought it would be an easy hawks win, and instead they got embarrass at home.
