NovakMikayla Would they be the same economists who accurately predicted the GFC and every other economic downturn since that idiot Keynes stuck his head above the parapet?
This article is very weak on a number of points. Far too many generalizations and assumptions with respect to the native and migrant workforce.
It’s too bad we live in the age of opinion and AlternativeFacts Actual knowledge and information reveals what is, which is, not always what you want to hear.
But not if you are an inadequate President looking for admiration
I dint understand this concept
This maybe should have been put on a bus around the Brexit vote and it might have won some of the leave voters
not at all. All is bad that's a fact. No asymilation no country.
This article is so full of unsubstantiated liberal prejudice that it’s almost insulting. Get your almost unanimous anonymous economists and make them spend a couple of weeks in any French immigrants’ suburbs. Then rewrite the article on the basis of real facts.
Do economists differentiate between legal and illegal imigrants or do they lump it all together?
Fortunately these questions aren't decided by economists but by th people of individual nations, who have 1 quality economists generally lack: commonsense. Some immigrants r assimilable; others, due to religion & culture, are not; nobody in their right mind wants the second sort.
But not for Politiconomists who twists z facts to serve their political purpose when z situation allows and other times, just bury the fact that could hold z 'progress' of their agendas! All to enrich them selves at the expense of the poor!
. Huge benefits only for multinational companies. Disasters for nations and citizens. Unworthy propaganda by
Liberal propaganda. There needs to be more examination of how immigration can be properly controlled to ensure benefits accrue equally to the destination country, not at the expense of the indigenous workers, and how not to dis-incentivise investment in productivity initiatives.
LEGAL immigration. Not the illegal one. They cost more than they generate.
In Canada, immigration is the national industrial policy.
It does, however, only when wisely coordinated. I met a couple years ago a Tunisian refugee that lives in Paris, FR, along with his Yorkshire terrier. Last year he celebrated ten years of unemployment. We've discussed it, and it seems France is not able to offer him a proper job.
I wonder if there are economist-scholars in the making of Domestic and Foreign Policies or just Trumponians?
Nonsense, it's a benefit that accrues to a few at the expense of most. The 'economic gains' are entirely attributable to the increasing indebtedness of individuals and govt; something 'economists' don't adjust for when claiming 'growth' benefits. Bullshit.
just to add a mooo or a fart 🤡
Fake news!!!
HelloEuromat Look at Germany and Sweden. They are doing well.
Immigration - legal or illegal / undocumented?
Pictured: the massive economic benefits migrants are providing to European cities.
