At Lion Dance Cafe, owners C-Y Chia and Shane Stanbridge offer an eclectic array of vegan and vegetarian dishes inspired by their respective Chinese Singaporean and California Italian roots. That’s why their shaobing looks more like a sourdough focaccia sandwich than a traditional shaobing. But it’s a menu item that’s completely authentic to Lion Dance, and has been lauded by several publications along the way.
