It’s safe to assume Justice Alito did not see this coming.

this summer, transforming a constitutional right into a policy dispute subject to the whims of each state’s political process. Republican-controlled legislatures—as many asfalls. But what about blue and purple states, where a majority of the country resides? These states are about to become the chief battleground for reproductive freedom. And while the post-future is not even here quite yet, progressives are doing a remarkably good job preparing for the next phase of the fight.

The Supreme Court’s hard-right turn has had the unintended consequence of making abortions muchStart with the blue states, whose legislatures have, after years of inertia on this issue, finally snapped into action to expand abortion access. These jurisdictions will receive a flood of new patients whengoes—and with them, at least two new challenges. I love it when Rs’ plans have unintended consequences. Warms my ♥️

Where in the Constitution, is the right to an abortion? This issue is rightfully determined by the states. Blue states can kill full-term babies, purple states will likely go for varying degrees of development, while red states will restrict abortion to victims of rape, etc.

No he saw it, they don't have to answer to the voters so they can impose their will on them with no consequences.

So what if a woman claims she conceived in a blue state while on vacation, work travel, visiting relatives, etc. Since the claim is the fetus is a person than the red state has to recognize the fetus residency belongs to the blue state and Vice versa? So confusing….

Holy shit! Interesting 🤔

Remind them everyday how the didn’t want the government over reach for Vaccines can’t that be precedence for Roe defense

Harris warns of erosion of women’s rights in U.S. should Supreme Court overturn RoeVice President Kamala Harris on Thursday decried what she says would be a regression of women's rights in the U.S. should the Supreme Court reverse the 1973 Roe v. Wade decision in a virtual meeting with abortion providers. Forgive me but since when is infanticide a right? Pretty sure we can't kill adults so logic would dictate the same applies to defenseless babies. Call me crazy. Idgaf This from a woman who has had a couple abortions herself. No surprise.
