heard GavinNewsom you will be making a huge mistake encouraging your CAGangOfDems to pass and then sign this into law.. you think it’s going to create more tax revenue? Nope! It’s going to reduced it, it’s going to increase unemployment and put companies out of business! VoteDemsOut

heard They are employees. An app controls much of their work. “Freedom” not to have a minimum wage, OT, SS, workers’ comp, insurance, other benefits. Corp. don’t want to assume greater responsibility for harm caused to others & would require closer background screening.

heard Hard fought-for American, labor laws, and their accompanying protections, are good things. Great things, even. Those companies have sought to circumvent those laws.

heard Oh they like more regulations in the land of fruits and nuts. Lol

heard Only in California ... the land of ding-dongs!

heard Won’t it impact the uber rich companies to employ people in the American way and treat them like human beings? Maybe the companies should pay their CEOs a smidge less and pass those billions of dollars on down to the people who actually do the work?

heard Everything California does on Policiy makes things worst for everyone.

heard If they make them employees they will just become low wage workers and slaves to the company for hours, shifts, they would be out of luck when theirs kids are sick ect ... they need to change IC rules and not sure they can

GerberKawasaki heard California looking for more revenue. Shocking... Hopefully, vehicular deaths won't rise along with the forthcoming rise in DUI arrests.

GerberKawasaki heard Anyone who thinks people “enjoy” working for outfits like Uber and Lyft is out of their mind! Let whoever wrote that WSJ article try enjoying the “freedom” of a Lyft or Uber driver for a week!

GerberKawasaki heard These ARE employees!

heard I just don't believe that they can actually deliver an order correctly AND on-time anymore

heard That is what a socialist state does. The bigger government, bigger the control, less power to the individual, and people will have less choices.
