She met with President Joe Biden and first lady Jill Biden yesterday and delivered a statement to Congress today regarding the war in Ukraine after Russia invaded the country back in February. For the address, she wore a black suit-dress by the Ukrainian label AMG with a sliver of white fabric that showed traditional Ukrainian embroidery.
“The first lady is a symbol of the beauty of Ukrainian women who carry huge responsibilities at time of war: The outfits resemble the military uniform that our defenders and our president wear every day—but it is elegant with a scarf representing freedom and confidence in our victory,” Litkovska toldZelenska accessorized with a pin from the jewelry label Guzema in a collaboration with the label Gunia Project.
