, a unanimous 1997 decision that advised judges to defer to government agencies’ interpretations of their own regulations.

Trump awarded the Medal of Honor to Staff Sgt. Travis Atkins, who was killed in Iraq in 2007 when he jumped on a suicide bomber to protect his fellow soldiers. Florida spent $69 million on mental-health services in school districts following the Parkland shooting, but there was little discussion over how schools should consider and increase suicide prevention efforts.

The Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States told the company, Beijing Kunlun Tech, that its ownership of the California-based app constitutes a national security risk. The president also repeated the demonstrably false statement that Russia preferred Hillary Clinton over him in 2016. “Howell said she would issue an order granting a ‘huge chunk’ of the Reporters Committee’s request to make records public after she gave each side at least one month to confer about potential redactions to the sealed court motions and hearing transcripts in the case.”

Up until the minute Trump said he wasn't in favor of Obamacare, the media hated it too.

Does he know what medicaid is & who it provides h/c for?

What’s with that picture?

Medicare Tax is a forced deduction taken out of employment paychecks for our entire working lives. How does that equate to an 'entitlement' And why should caring for the health of your population ever be considered such WTF.

because they're NOT 'entitlements', they're social safety nets. you know what's an entitlement? the fucking tax scam that's taking my money and giving it to the billionaires and corporations. THAT'S an entitlement.

I don’t understand why journalists call the programs “entitlements”? That’s a negative conceptual framing applied by opponents of what Roosevelt passed into law: “The New Deal” and “Social Security”. Those are the correct terms. Entitlements implies something unearned, undeserved

So, scale back corporate entitlements, then. Amazon paid $0 in taxes, on $11 billion in profit.

Especially AMONGST the neediest American's whom resides in the RED State's.

Health care is infrastructure; the economy relies on healthy citizens who can work. Health care is national defense; the armed services rely on healthy citizens who can serve. Stop calling it 'entitlements', 'welfare', or 'hand-outs'.

We need to have laws that encourage people to work. We can’t just have people who are capable of working abusing the system and living off the system.

They also forget that a huge proportion of Medicaid dollars support frail elderly in nursing homes. Medicaid budgets are not going to be balanced with work requirements.

Most are working or are unable to work.

Amazon pays $0 in taxes. Wealthy children by their ways into prestigious colleges. We give tax breaks to the highest earners at the expense of others' education and health care. And you have the nerve to refer to health care for the poor as an entitlement. NOVOTE2020

Wondering, if we are calling payouts to farmers entitlements too?

How are we supposed to eliminate debt if we don't reign in entitlements for people who can provide for themselves.

A program to help the poor is called an entitlement, a trillion dollar heist by the wealthy is called a tax cut. Go figure.

Stop calling support of the poor an ‘entitlement’.

Maybe these people will just die. Trump will see it as win/win. Don't have to pay for insurance or social security when the time comes.
