The pair took over the roles from Emma Corrin and Josh O’Connor, who played the royals in seasons 3 and 4.Imelda Staunton is slated to return as Queen Elizabeth II with with Jonathan Pryce as Prince Philip and Lesley Manville as Princess Margaret.
“To be going back to Paris and turning Diana’s final days and hours into a drama feels very uncomfortable. Finally, some of the crew members are pushing back,”The streaming site will also reportedly recreate Prince Harry’s infamous Nazi uniform scandal. Olympic showjumper Richard Meade’s “native and colonial” dress party where the royal donned the uniform complete with a swastika armband.
