Last year, researchers published a study in which cyclists did a workout with three 3:00 all-out reps, with 3:00 of rest between each. They were told toas hard as they could, to try to sustain 100 percent effort in each rep. Not surprisingly, the cyclists found this workout much harder than the next: 3 x 3:00 evenly-paced reps, using the pace they had averaged in the all-out fade reps.

But no victims' families were consulted in the process. Then they're not really telling the story of the Atlanta child murders which is a serious disgrace to the victims and their families. This is a story that needs to be seriously investigated but not sensationalized. Why would they need to be consulted? It happened, there are files on it, and newspapers covered it at the time. Do families have to be consulted every time a drama about Gacy, Dahmer, or any other killer are produced? This story makes no sense. If the families were consulted the headlines would read - 'Netflix disturbs mourning families to obtain material for season 2 of Mindhunter by questioning them about murdered children 40 years ago'.
