That’s what gives the workout its physiological edge—but the psychology of the fade is just as important. When you pace yourself, you’re always holding back until just before the end. In an all-out fade, you’re pushing up against your limits the entire time—a skill that

With Atlanta child murders, 'Mindhunter' delves into its thorniest case yetSeason 2 of Netflix's 'Mindhunter' re-examines the killings of two dozen black youths in Atlanta from 1979 to 1981. But no victims' families were consulted in the process. Then they're not really telling the story of the Atlanta child murders which is a serious disgrace to the victims and their families. This is a story that needs to be seriously investigated but not sensationalized. Why would they need to be consulted? It happened, there are files on it, and newspapers covered it at the time. If the families were consulted the headlines would read - 'Netflix disturbs mourning families to obtain material for season 2 of Mindhunter by questioning them about murdered children 40 years ago'. The press these days ¯\\_(ツ)_/¯
