So converted garages rent for $1,500 a month in Burien, Wash.? Crazy. All figures seem so inflated based on Seattle-area expenses. Why not look at people in the Midwest?
The future is here. Younger professionals are becoming wealthy from real estate investments and rental income. Huge gains in home appreciation too which means a lot of equity to buy more properties.
