Fourteen students and a teacher are dead after a shooting at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde on Tuesday, according to Texas Gov. Greg Abbott. The 18-year-old suspect, a student at Uvalde High School, is also dead, he said.
"I am sick of hearing about thoughts and prayers from my Republican colleagues-the very same colleagues who claim to be 'pro-life' then block legislation that could save lives," Rep. Mike Quigley said in a statement."Our children deserve better." Gov. JB Pritzker issued a statement on Twitter, saying his"resolve is with all Americans who are working to end senseless gun violence."

Someone explain to me how is it that in the USA it is forbidden to drink until the age of 21 but it is allowed to purchase firearm at the age of 18. The amendments are outdated. The congress should get together to update the 2nd amendment. This is unacceptable.
I know them freaking Texans. Led by a physically and mentally challenged fellow named Greg Abbot, their most probable reflex will be to legislate in favor of arming elementary teachers and their pupils! After all, Texans bring guns to their breakfast tables, or don't they?
Children’s lives are precious enough to ban ALL the guns. These acts have to stop. Vote the people out who are against the gun control
