But many of the policy ideas being floated to address high gas prices don't wrestle with that basic disconnect and may be counterproductive. Hmmm… Wonder why there’s little supply? Yep, I saw people filling up their two tanks, and traveling to work 4 times per day. They traveled multiple vacations … Consumers are greedy , the eat gas for breakfast, lunch and diner. Gas /oil companies are poor don’t have access to resources. We must punish consumer. Just stop! It’s not too much demand with too little supply. The price per barrel today is equivalent to what it was in 2014 and the cost of gas is 25% higher. It’s profiteering. Plain and simple.
