Houston-area high school student falls ill after vaping and gets rushed to hospital, officials say.

A public school district serving Tomball, Texas, a small city about 35 miles from downtown Houston, told ABC News in a statement late Monday that a Tomball High School student"experienced a medical emergency during an after school activity involving a vape pen."

"We have no new details on the student's health at this time," the school district told ABC News in its statement Monday night."Educational resources have been put in place and the district will continue its efforts to educate students and parents on the negative effects of vaping.” Tomball Independent School District superintendent Martha Salazar-Zamora said they have partnered with University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center"to carry out a preventative curriculum through their ASPIRE program," an online educational tool that helps middle and high school students learn about being tobacco-free by explaining the dangers of tobacco and nicotine use.

Somebody knows something

ok since this didn't appear to be happening before has anyone done biological/chemical weapons check on the fluids used in the devices of those injured/deceased?

More people are at risk of dying from being fat than people who smoke. They complain about the smell but you don't hear people bitching about their fat ass smelling like rotten cheese. Discrimination against smokers caused this shit. Processed foods kill more people than tobacco.

He wasn't flashing people at the park was he I know it is a cute story about the person etc.... but that just made me realize how much plastic travels in the ocean. We have to do our part to recycle plastic when possible and not use it or ban it if it can't be recycled. it's sounds sweet, but aren't we against throwing plastic into the ocean? Please guys, be consistent, I can't keep up and the rules keep changing!
