Why do Democrats claim to be for voting rights while doing everything in their power to have 3rd parties removed from ballots?
State legislatures are elected by eligible voters and are responsible for voting laws in each State. The DOJ can challenge unconstitutional voting laws. Absentee ballots are ok, but mailing out ballots to voter lists is not given the opportunity it creates for vote harvesting.
The federal govt have no place is state run elections. It’s the United States. The people spoke in Texas you just don’t like the outcome. Sounds like another supposed agenda you guys love to promote
