Tesla Inc. posted a fourth-quarter profit after the Model 3 compact car helped fuel record deliveries for the electric-car maker.
The Silicon Valley auto maker Wednesday said net income fell to $105 million from $140 million a year earlier. The profit still left Tesla with a full-year loss of $862 million. The car maker has yet to deliver a full-year profit.
