Tesla on Wednesday dropped its lawsuit against Alameda County, California, over the coronavirus closure of the company’s Fremont plant, resolving the last part of the ongoing conflict between the northern California county and CEO Elon Musk. developments of the Crew Dragon reusable spacecraft, at SpaceX headquarters in Hawthorne, California on October 10, 2019.

After the lawsuit was filed, Musk defied local laws and reopened the factory anyway, a move that drewfrom the White House, but was heavily criticized for what some saw as a reckless action that put his workers at risk.
