Tennessee deputies arrest man in van dressed in women's heels, apparently on drugs

Suspect Carlos Cubero arrested on several charges after deputies found him under the influence of drugs and dressed in only 12-inch heels, black nylon stockings, knee pads and a thong displaying his private parts.

On Wednesday, Stewart County Sheriff's Office says deputies responded to a routine call to find a man in a white van dressed in only 12-inch heels, black nylon stockings, knee pads and a thong displaying his private parts.Law enforcement had the man, identified as Carlos Cubero, put clothes on while they inquired why he was in the Dover Bottoms' state management area just off of River Road.

Deputies found various sex toys, wigs, female clothing, cocaine and drug paraphernalia upon searching the van. A drug recognition expert then found Cubero to be under the influence of drugs, and he was arrested on several charges.Stewart County Sheriff's Office Facebook post read. "You never know what your next call will bring. Stewart County Deputies have their share of bizarre calls and more. Here is another for that list and we cannot make these things up."

A search was also made of the area to ensure no one else was present or in danger. No one else was found, deputies added.
