A narcotics investigator testified at the hearing the 14-year-old's father went through his daughter's phone last month and found images of Lewis holding pills, marijuana and mushrooms. He said Lewis sent those images through SnapChat and asked her to sell drugs at the high school. The father then contacted the school resource officer.
The detective testified when investigators went to Elberta where Lewis was staying on house arrest, they found more than 4,000 images on Lewis' phone and some, the detective testified, were images of child pornography. The Baldwin County Sheriff's Office says he now faces four counts of possession of obscene material. Blackwood believes Lewis should not have been given a bond in the first place.
