Passengers on trains, trams, buses, mountain railways and ferries across Switzerland had to don facemasks on Monday under a government order to help fight the novel coronavirus.

But numbers picked up again as people come into closer contact, prompting the government to order passengers to wear masks on public transport.Switzerland has reported more than 32,200 infections and 1,686 related deaths as of Sunday.

The first case was reported in late February.

Coronavirus pandemic shall be long remembered for lockdowns social distancing and not the least masked faces , to hell with Coronavirus

You forgot to mention that this was in response to a day with 137 new cases. 137. That type of response and collective action is the difference between an open economy/schools and whatever the hell America is doing right now.

Geberit sales fall on Covid-19, currency impactGeberit AG said Monday that its sales fell in the first half of the year due to the impact of the coronavirus pandemic and negative currency effects.
