Whip the heavy cream into stiff peaks on high speed with a mixer with a whisk attachment. 2. Gradually add the cream cheese to the mixture on medium speed. 3.

Line a 9' x 5' loaf pan with parchment, layer graham crackers along the bottom. Break crackers to fit. Layer cream cheese mixture thinly on top of graham crackers. Then add a layer of jam. Repeat for 2-4 more layers, depending on the desired cake height. 5. Refrigerate the cake for 2 hours. When you are ready to serve, unmold it from the loaf pan and place onto a plate. Top with additional cream cheese mixture.
