The owner of TAG Restaurant Group has teamed up with NHL Hall-of-Famer and former Colorado Avalanche player Peter Forsberg and the founders of Eggs Inc., a fast-casual concept in Sweden, to bring the brand’s first U.S. location to Denver.Eggs Inc., which has one location in Sweden now, plans to open five Denver metro locations in the next year and a half.
