This is a horrible tragedy, but I don’t think Congressional action is warranted.

He has no clue who she is. Its taken USArmy 3 months to just check off the block. She was only found because the civilian authorites went after the civilian. The family had to do so much to just get them into action. Someone in that chain of command knows what happened.
if her death was felt throughout the Army, you would have done something about the sexual harassment and abuse decades ago, yet here we are, another woman abused, and killed in an attempt to cover it up. you can't protect soldiers from each other, how can you protect our nation?
You need to be relieved of command of that base. Missing soldiers, finding dead bodies around Ft. Hood is unacceptable. The high number of complaints cannot be tolerated. Leadership at Ft. Hood has failed.
