The high court's action let stand the law which had been upheld by the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. Alexa Kolbi-Molinas, senior staff attorney at the ACLU Reproductive Freedom Project, said in a statement Monday that the high court had"rubber-stamped" Kentucky's interference in the"doctor-patient relationship.”

“By refusing to review the Sixth Circuit’s ruling, the Supreme Court has rubber-stamped extreme political interference in the doctor-patient relationship,”“This law is not only unconstitutional, but as leading medical experts and ethicists explained, deeply unethical. Supreme Court rejects challenge to Kentucky abortion ultrasound lawThe Supreme Court rejects a challenge to a Kentucky law requiring doctors to describe and share audio from ultrasound to abortion seekers For some, the less they know the better. Being informed gives you power to make decisions and provides options. This has nothing to do with the sanctity of life & everything to do w/judgement & power. At the same time Rs r fighting against abortion, they r taking school lunches from kids & throwing ppl off SNAP. I'll say it again: this is abt judgement & power. It has nothing to do w/life. And how did Kavanaugh vote?
