Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer to Retire

WASHINGTON—Justice Stephen Breyer plans to retire, Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer said Wednesday, giving President Bidenthe Supreme Court’s liberal wing with the promised nomination of a Black woman who could serve on the court for decades to come.

Justice Breyer, a 1994 Clinton appointee who is 83 years old, is expected to remain on the bench until the end of the current Supreme Court term.

So from reading the remarks, because Biden will pick a Black Woman, you deem her unqualified. How elitist is that. Clear example of white privilege showing. Frat boy Kavanagh was ok? Coney Barrett and 7 children was ok?

He's pledged to NOMINATE one. Even if he gets said woman confirmed, it will remain a 6-3 conservative majority, and should the Senate flip in November, it might be a moot point since the GOP would fight to prevent confirmation of ANY Biden nominee.
