STARK COUNTY , Ohio - Holland says he went to a home in violation of a protection order in the City of Green. Court documents show that Klisz pointed a gun at someone in the home. He then damaged a vehicle at the house by deflating two of the tires.
Deputies say he then fled into a wooded area when deputies arrived. Deputies also say he was in possession of a firearm. This causing the Uniontown Community Park and the area surrounding to go into a shelter in place. The affidavit says that a baseball game at the park had to be evacuated. SCSO officials confirm they filed charges on Klisz for having weapons under disability, violation of a protection order, domestic violence, inducing panic, aggravated menacing, and criminal mischief.In 2022, he was charged again with Domestic Violence because he threatened a family or household member.SCSO says Klisz is 5 feet, 6 inches tall and weighs 155 pounds. He has blond hair and blue eyes.
