An Amazon spokesperson told WWD that DeSorbo is the perfect host for a show on the Amazon Live Fast channel which focuses on providing audiences with experiences that combine entertainment and shopping in one seamless model, given that she has “cultivated an incredibly relatable and authentic persona that truly resonates with viewers. Her bubbly, fun-loving personality is a perfect fit for the casual, conversational format of ‘In Bed with Paige DeSorbo’ filmed from her own bedroom.
“I invited them to get in bed with me because — not that I’m trying to be Barbara Walters or anything and ask like really hard-hitting questions — but I feel like people are more relaxed when they’re lying in bed,” said DeSorbo, who added that it will be a lightweight show to watch.
