Suki Waterhouse just gave birth to her first baby, a girl–and she's already getting refreshingly real about postpartum life. From her FridaMom postpartum underwear to the floor-drobe in the background, she presents a realistic depiction of new-mum life.

Suki Waterhouse welcomed her first child earlier this month. After a chic bump-baring pregnancy, featuring countless maternity fashion hits, the 32-year-old singer and actor is now being transparent about what postpartum life is really like. While many in the public eye would have us believe they “bounced back” the week after their baby’s birth–displaying unmistakably taut abs and bright eyes to boot –Waterhouse’s mirror selfie shows a more realistic depiction of daily life as a new mother.

Wearing FridaMom’s Disposable Postpartum Underwear , a soft, easy-access bra and an oversized cardigan, Waterhouse’s post-birth belly and messy hair were reassuringly in shot. Oh, and so was a bottle of milk, gripped in one hand, and a visible floor-drobe in the background. Photos like these matter–it’s reassuring to see someone famous being authentic about the realities of bringing a new life into the world.
