Ask Buttigieg not if he would consult with another person, but outright DEFER to another person/group regarding racial equality policies.

I think Medicare-for-all is a great idea, but we are not ready for it. I live in W PA where healthcare companies are major employers. I'd like to see candidates commit to improving the ACA while initiating a Medicare-for-those-who-want-it plan. Let's see how that works, first.
