"Beyond the Red Carpet" and"Building a Fashion Business" are just two of the programs on offer this year as part of the virtual training program aimed at engaging and empowering diverse youth looking to enter the fashion business.by Endeavor Impact and IMG’s NYFW: The Shows team — is back for 2021 with a new program.
The program will feature a series of live conversations, workshops and courses with key fashion industry leaders alongside archival runway presentations and talks all available on NYFW.com. Stylist Jason Bolden and designer Zac Posen are headlining the program with Bolden on board for"Beyond the Red Carpet," a session that will feature him in conversation with IMG Models and Fashion president Ivan Bart. The chat will see Bolden opening up on representation in the industry as well as his personal experiences styling the likes of Cynthia Erivo, Taraji P. Henson, Yara Shahidi, Alicia Keys and Amanda Gorman, among many others.
"Building A Fashion Business" is Posen's event and will pair him in conversation with We the Women co-founder Samantha Ressler in a discussion on managing a business in today's climate. Meanwhile,"Designers On The Rise" will feature rising creatives Nicole Shante, Pamela of Lola Ade, Marissa Wilson and Thermal and K$ace of Whensmokeclears in conversation with Noah Kozlowski, IMG’s director of global designer relations.
