Students at school touted by Pence for reopening must quarantine due to COVID-19

Following his visit with students, Pence participated in an education roundtable focused on safely reopening schools.

Thales Academy, a network of private non-sectarian community schools with eight locations in North Carolina, made the news last week after Vice President Mike Pence and Secretary of EducationPence and DeVos visited a campus in Apex, not Wake Forest. Pence also said that the administration was going to make sure schools had the resources to open safely."We really do believe that it's in the best interest of our children to be back in the classroom," the vice president added.

Because the school network is private, it doesn't have to adhere to North Carolina Gov. Roy Cooper's school reopening guidelines.

Schools need to open, many kids are being abused. It's bad for them to stay home for this long!! President Trump is not worried because younger people do very well while dealing with covid.

We let them kill our grandparents/parents/Aunts/Uncles.... I guess now we are going to let them kill our children too...
