StrangerThings star Noah Schnapp on Will Byers' sexuality 👀 '[I]t’s just up to the audience’s interpretation, if it’s Will kind of just refusing to grow up... or if he is really gay. [...] He’s just confused and growing up.' 🤔

Stranger Things star Noah Schnapp addresses the ongoing speculation on Will Byers' sexuality. Stranger Things season 4 part 1 released on Netflix May 27, with part 2 due to become available on Friday, July 1. Schnapp has returned along with much of the original cast to the hit streaming series, which once again has left fans with questions about this season's storylines.

Schnapp: I feel like they never really address it or blatantly say how Will is. I think that’s the beauty of it, that it’s just up to the audience’s interpretation, if it’s Will kind of just refusing to grow up and growing up slower than his friends, or if he is really gay. Schnapp: I find that people do reach to put a label on him and just want to know, so badly, like, ‘Oh, and this is it. He’s just confused and growing up. And that’s what it is to be a kid.

Thing is, does everyone need to be gay? Even if he is, does that really change his character?

‘Stranger Things’ Star Charlie Heaton Addresses Fan Complaints About His Character’s PathThe actor weighed in on the direction of his Netflix series, which recently dropped the first part of season four. It really does feel like we keep seeing less and less of Jonathan though. I feel like we've seen more of Nancy this season than we ever have. Man should just tell the writers to kill off his character. He’s a way better actor than all the other teen characters. And all they focus on is Steve and Nancy. When he’s better than both. So just quit the show and do movies with Robert Eggers because that would slap.
