'Unprecedented' gets used a lot when describing the presidential election in 2000. But what was unprecedented two decades ago is starting to look… quaint in 2020. This year, election lawyers say, may be the most litigated election in U.S. history.

Ginsberg says ideally, campaigns and parties want the courts to weigh in on these questions now to minimize uncertainty in the days after the election.extendedIn some states, such as Pennsylvania, mail ballots can't be opened until Election Day — meaning that the count won't likely be available on election night. Then, factor in the extended deadlines and potential litigation — and it's very possible key states will remain undecided for days after the election.

I don't think the election will be close because (God willing) Former Vice President Joe Biden wins and wins by a landslide and once again Trump, you have no conrete evidence and proof to back up your false claims about 'mail in ballots will create voter fuard'.

That's what happens when states decide to implement (in some cases) entirely new voting systems.

I don't think I'll have a big enough tub of popcorn.

Whatever. It’s the violence the election might cause that really has my concern.

Americans are against fascism. We kicked The Axis out of power and made them surrender. Now, Americans must do the same thing to Trump and the Republicans.

Given Trump’s rabidly litigious lifestyle, that’s an understatement.

We need to get out in huge numbers,so there can be no mistaking who won this election. Joe Biden .

Unless a landslide victory for Biden/Harris

Bill Barr ducked THAT subpoena with Bush too. Only AG to not show up to a congressional oversight before, and did it again under Trump.
