Ruby Richman, a Donald Trump supporter, said she was there to support Dr. Mehmet Oz, Trump’s endorsed candidate, and plans to support the Republican candidates in the fall.Hampden Township’s ninth precinct is 52% Republican, 32% Democrat and 16% Independent . Trump won the precinct in the 2020 presidential election by 11% — 54% to 43%.

While voter turnout won’t likely hit 83% at this poll as it did in the 2020 general election, voters are still passionate. “We got to get all these Democrats out,” one voter who declined to be named said. When asked why he came out to vote, he said “It’s because of Joe Biden.” In addition to the U.S. Senate race, the governor’s race and the lieutenant governor’s race, Republican voters at this precinct also had the opportunity to choose candidates in the newly created 34th District for State Senator between Mike Gossert and state Rep. Greg Rothman as well as in the Republican State Committee race. U.S. Rep. Scott Perry is running unopposed in the Republican primary, as is state Rep. Sheryl Delozier for their respective seats.

Greg Abbott and his border policies and whether they'd vote for him or Beto O’R... Of course this East Texas poll favors Abbott and Republican policies! I call BS. Was this a poll of only Tyler residents? There is no way Abbott's support statewide is this high, especially after he's telling everyone to set their thermostats at 78. i’m voting for BETO
