First, the federal government, now the state is giving out free home covid tests.

The Illinois Department of Public Health is making 225,000 self-tests available to people in certain zip codes in 14 counties. There’s a limit of one kit per household. Each kit contains 5 tests. The tests are first come, first served.

Are these added to what the feds are doing? Which btw, would really help people who live in multi-unit buildings with the same address. The USPS system seems to be confused by that.
