Star Wars: Dark Forces Remaster Release Date Set

The Star Wars: Dark Forces remaster release date is set for February 28, 2024, when the game will launch on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and PC. The game will arrive almost 29 years after the original game, which launched in March 1995., as well as the remakes of Quake II and Rise of the Triad. The Star Wars: Dark Forces remaster will run up to 4K resolution at 120FPS, except on the Nintendo Switch.

Originally released in 1995, Star Wars: Dark Forces takes place before the original Star Wars film and focuses on Kyle Katarn, a mercenary working for the Rebel Alliance and trying to take down the Empire’s secretive Dark Trooper Project.
