Spurs' Zach Collins suffered torn labrum in season finale

The Spurs on Thursday announced center Zach Collins suffered a torn labrum in his right shoulder during the team’s April 14 season finale against Detroit . An MRI confirmed the injury. Collins is scheduled to have surgery in the coming days and the team expects him to be “fully recovered” for the start of the 2024-25 season. The 6-foot-11 big man averaged 11.2 points, 5.4 rebounds, 2.8 assists, 0.8 blocks and 0.8 3s last season.
