Springsteen pays tribute to late punk icon with classic cover

Bruce Springsteen honors the late Shane MacGowan, former frontman of The Pogues, with cover of "A Rainy Night in Soho". at a performance in Ireland Sunday night, performing one of the revered punk icon’s songs live for the first time ever.’ 1986 track “A Rainy Night in Soho,” much to the crowd’s delight. The show, held at Nowlan Park, marked the first Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band performance in Kilkenny since 2013.

Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band are currently touring in the United Kingdom and Ireland.
