BRIGHTON, Colo. — A road in Brighton was closed Monday after someone got part of their truck caught in the overhead telecom lines. from just before 11:30 a.m. until a little after 1 p.m., North 11th Avenue was closed between Denver Street and Longs Peak Street. That's just northeast of the US-85 and East Bridge Street interchange.
Police posted a picture of the stuck F-450 well service truck that had a pump hoist extended. The hoist appeared to get caught on the telephone and internet lines as the truck drove underneath, lifting the front of the truck into the air.TRAFFIC ALERT: North 11th Avenue is closed between Denver Street and Longs Peak Street for a truck caught in the telecom lines. Please use alternate routes.
