Many Americans can expect some financial help from the federal government as part of the economic relief package President Trump signed into law Friday in response to the

coronavirus pandemic. It is a little more complicated for one group of taxpayers: immigrants. Here is a brief explanation of who is and isn’t eligible for different forms of assistance.
