The battery charges are related to an incident that occurred Oct. 11 at a mall in Torrance, and was reported to police later that day. There's no video of that incident, but as we reported ... Our law enforcement sources say there is not enough evidence for prosecutors to file criminal charges against Hernandez for the incident at the park.
