Impossible Foods headed to 1,700 Kroger locationsImpossible Foods said Tuesday that its flagship Impossible Burger product will be available at 1,700 Kroger Co. starting today. In addition to the namesake Kroger stores, Impossible Burger will be available at Fred Meyer, King Soopers, Ralphs, Smith's and other Kroger chains. "Plant-based food remains one of the fastest-growing categories at Kroger," said Joe Grieshaber, the grocer's senior vice president of merchandising.
