This is a very dangerous message to be sending to the technical community around the world.

No one should program mine. I do not care who is asking, they never got rights for that. Whatever was acquired by spying, should not be programmed, no need to invite workers for that. Silicon Valley is in many violations. They should be considered as inviting for illegal.
I’m sure they are, as they want cheap labor. If they want to do business here, they need to hire Americans first. Importing workers with 40 million Americans out of work would be demonic. If they don’t like doing business here w/Americans, let them go to China.
