It's going to be a dreary and damp kick-off the weekend. Hit or miss showers are on the table as a warm front attached to a very slow-moving storm system tries to lift across the Valley overnight. Temperatures fall to the lower 50s for our lows. We stay socked in with the clouds Saturday as temperatures hover in the mid to upper 50s for our highs as the storm slowly moves across the Great Lakes region. Some spots may get closer to 60.
Sunday starts with widespread rain and then the rain tapers back to scattered showers and slowly ends from west to east during Sunday evening. Highs once again will be cooler than average, only rising to near 60.Add it all up, and it looks like much of the Susquehanna Valley could pick up between three quarters to just over an inch, but some areas near the Maryland line may pick up an inch and a half of rain. Weather does start to warm early next week, but we don't completely dry out.
