Gunshots were fired Monday morning outside a Harrisburg elementary school, city police said.
Rounds were fired into the ground around 9:10 a.m. in a parking lot on South 13th Street, outside Foose Elementary School on the adjacent 1300 block of Sycamore Street, according to police.As of Monday morning, police do not believe the shooting was associated with the school in any way. Additional details were not immediately available.
